These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 98pak platform. Please read every clause carefully before creating an account or using any service on this site.
You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to register and use 98pak. One account per individual. False registration details will result in account suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are stated clearly at the point of offer. Abuse of promotions will lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.
Minimum deposit amounts, withdrawal processing times and supported payment references (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers) are detailed in the Payments section. All amounts are in PKR unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 98pak will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to our support team.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, multi-accounting and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. 98pak reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts in confirmed cases of abuse.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. 98pak does not claim authorisation by any Pakistani government body.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "you", "User" or "Player"), and 98pak (hereinafter "98pak", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://98pak.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it.
By accessing the 98pak platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 98pak platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register an account on 98pak, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your location. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 98pak applies strict age verification procedures, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, with all funds returned in accordance with applicable operator policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 98pak is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. 98pak does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is prohibited or restricted — including but not limited to the restrictions applicable under Pakistani law — you do so at your own risk and entirely at your own legal liability.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, including:
Providing false, misleading or third-party registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any reason — including to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions or exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested. You must ensure that your login credentials — username and password — are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party. 98pak staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 98pak support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending Account access pending verification.
98pak reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to a compliance trigger. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
The primary account currency on the Platform is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts and wagering requirements are expressed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion or game description.
Funds deposited to your 98pak Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits are credited in PKR.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC completion, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and internal compliance checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. 98pak is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while maintaining an active Account balance constitutes fraud. 98pak reserves the right to freeze your Account, recover any chargeback amounts from your balance and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games/markets, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet size while bonus is active, and expiry period. These terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Specific wagering multiples are stated in individual promotion terms.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
98pak reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any modification will be notified of any material change to the terms applicable to their existing bonus.
Sports betting markets available on 98pak include cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC, virtual sports and other events as listed in the sportsbook. All bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict relating to specific bet settlement.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and potential suspension or voiding due to match events, data feed interruptions or operator discretion. 98pak is not liable for bets voided due to technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Casino games including slots, table games and live dealer products are provided by third-party technology partners. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) figures and house edge information are available within each individual game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer action.
98pak and the underlying operator reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including where a bet is placed using erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

Where 98pak has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, permanently close your Account and disclose information to relevant authorities.

The 98pak name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of 98pak.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
98pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
98pak is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gambling activity. You participate entirely at your own risk. The provision of sports betting and gaming services does not imply that such activity is risk-free, profitable or appropriate for all individuals.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
98pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we determine that: you have breached these Terms; you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable period; or your continued use of the Platform presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Upon termination of your Account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited unless the closure was initiated by you without outstanding compliance issues. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable operator and regulatory requirements.
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pak is licensed and registered. The applicable governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's licensing authority and will be communicated to players through the relevant regulatory information on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws. Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the Platform does not claim to be operating under a licence issued by any Pakistani authority.
98pak reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
